04/07/2017 i called Experian to get my annual free copy of my credit record which was sent to me by email upon going through my listed debts i queried a couple of them via Experian, when i called them back after a month or so they told me my credit profile had been revised. 12/09/2017 I requested a copy of my credit record through Transunion and it reflected the revised profile as cited initially by Experian. MBD INC is constantly calling and sending texts for debt collection and their agent are appallingly rude. I feel that MBD should not take advantage of consumer lack of knowledge regarding their consumer rights and they should constantly update their records with the creditors as well as the ITC facilities. My point is if a creditor has deleted/cloosed the debt from ITC why then do I have to pay MBD? MBD should also take note that they are the third party between consumer and creditor and have no right to forcefully demand a repayment plan that suites them. As it stands now i received a text yesterday from MBD ref ********** ********** 65 which is not even listed from transunion. I would really apprciate MBD to stop calling/texting me as I am now aware of all my debts and making payments towards them as per my current profile stands.
