Daily Harassment

I am being harassed daily by this company even though the account they are querying does not belong to me. I have sent numerous emails and chatted to a number of agents since November asking them to remove my number from their records but have had zero response and the harassment continues. I also requested information on how they received my number and if this was done **********ly by the person they are actually looking for but also no response. This is completely unacceptable and this company needs to be reported. I do not own a Standard Bank credit card and want to know how my number became attached to this and how Standard Bank is dealing with POPI Act or verifying their customers.
