Customer service staff member should be fired

If anything I would take reviews about my business / company seriously. The support staff / callback system is a joke. Even had one of the staff members giggling on the phone when I was asking him about how they operate saying because he works from home he can’t transfer me to management. Then mentioned since he can’t transfer me I must call in and request a manager to fulfil the outcome of my request. Let you not have an arrangement in order you’ll be slandered with phone calls, but when you simply follow the least of having an arrangement and request the kindest of callbacks to help speed up getting this firm out of my life they treat you like a clown.
