I have a jet account that was handed over to them. They insisted on a debut order and i agreed.

They debited money from my account whenever they felt like it nit sticking to the original strike date i reversed it and cancelled it and they still continue deducting only to find out they were deducting **********ly on my account and that my debit orders is going off but they not paying my account. It went into someone else's account. Now they are so teriible they dont want to refund my money back and i cant go and reverse it as the bank cannot reverse money more than 40 days.

I want my money back or MBD will close thieir doors.

I was assisted by Jane who referred me to one of the managers and she was so unprofessional.

She advised they cannot give me a refund.

Im so disgusted with there services and the *********** staff.
