This is the most rudest people I have ever dealt with! I made arrangements on my husbands behalf to pay his account and paid it up to a blanace of R66.00 outstanding which was supposed to be paid by cash. I completely forgot and a year later they decide to send him a sms to inform him there's an amount outstanding of over R900!!! Like ***... Now they tell me they sent it to a 071 number which is on their system but conveniently a month ago they sent it to the correct number which is 072. When I try to correct it and they don't want to admit they made a mistake they decide to put the phone down in my ear. My question to them was, why was I not informed/reminded a month or 2 later last year about the outstanding R66. Now they telling me its a whole year later and they want payment from my husband as it is his account??? Sorry I paid that account not my husband. So I want answers. A R900 for what?? Sending a sms to the wrong person? A call they made to the wrong person??? Well I am not leaving it here. This is a bunch of ****** who just wants money so they let the accounts run in arrears on purpose!!!! I wont pay this account until the arrears is fixed!
