***** Debt Collectors

My sister have been requesting a paid up letter from MBD Collectors from the 12 September 2019 until to date, they have been promising of 7days. Such period pass and when she make a follow up, she is told to wait another 7days, my sister urgently needed the letter so She can apply for a loan for a funeral, that did not happen. She has been speaking to many agencies promising that they will speed up the process its been a month now still waiting.
