<p>I have an account with Truworths and for the past 11 months they have been debitting R600 from my account in August i called for my UPDATED balance and was told R2200 of which r600 was debittig end of August 2016 today my balance is R4300 today i called the ********** and ********** 958 and an 087 and spoke to Linda, Abgail and Xolani who have been totally incopetent. the consultants cant even answer why my balance is R4392.00 they place me on hold for long and are rude, they *****ing people and charge you for calling them they charge you for paying them too. mbd is a bunch of ********* who tax people. wait for the call from the Ombudsman </p>
