Credit Settlement

Pathetic service, STD Bank credit card was paid off in 2019, later to find out that the account was not closed and infact handed over. As a result I've been in contact with MBD on numerous occasions requesting a settlement letter that no one can send me. I am still waiting.... on top of that this has effected my credit record and as a result I've been unable to finance my own car or apply for credit anywhere else... I dont think they realize that they are messing with my life and well being.

Zinhle claimed to send it yet have not received it and also recommended I speak with someone named Olivia... ofcourse I was unable to get through to her. another call I spoke to Ingrid who claimed she is unable to send me a letter but has "escalated my query and recommended I speak to one Shirley Naidoo who ofcourse I could not get a hold of. another call I spoke to Phindi who was unable to assist as well but "escalated" my query as well.

Everyone that I spoke to has confirmed that the debt was settled in 2019.
