CREDIT SCORE RUINED

MBD just messed my credit score all for what????? They went and submitted a loan that is paid up, and now my credit score went dramatically down!!!!! The Getbucks account is closed, and I called MBD this morning and they said it's a mistake, it will take a month to fix. I have worked very hard to restore my credit score, and now they come with a fully paid up debt, and mess up everything I worked hard for!!!! WHAT IS THIS???? A BLACK WOMAN IN THIS ERA CANT HAVE A CLEAN CREDIT SCORE???? I WANT THIS SORTED OUT IMMEDIATELY, AND ALL THE BEARUEAS NOTIFIED OF THIS MALICIOUS ACT AND MY CREDIT SCORE RENEWED!!!!
