Credit record not updated since 2016

<p>I had a credit card debt with Standardbank years ago, I settled my debt in full on 01 November 2016. I contacted MBD Inc several times requesting paid up letter, eventually, at the end of May 2017 I contacted them again and i was provided with a paid up letter on 01 June 2017. I checked my credit record and MBD have not yet updated my info with credit bereau. I sent them an email and Cc 2 other people but to date i have not recieved any feedback the only thing I recieved was an sms saying i should contact them to avoid further action. I don't know what else to do in this regard. </p>
