Credit payment not updated

<p>I was unemployed 4 over 2years then was unable to pay my woolies account after being contacted numerous times my parents gave me the settlement payment which i did in february 2016..tried callin back to ask if the fax they recieved bt the ageny said it will reflect after 3days then they will remove me from bad records till today phone calls stopped but was never updated today i got my credit report and it is shocking.....im so sad i tried calling but the answering machine says we experiencing high calls we will call you back leave your details and nobody calls back iv lost alot of airtym callin the whole day.i still have the proof of payment receipt...</p>
