Credit Bureau Update.

I am unsure were to even stared , paid of my debt in October already which was a full settlement and I was promised that it will take 21 days for my profile to be updated at the bureaus, until now the Markham's account is still active and showing under my account. I called to follow up on the matter and Andrew one of the so called Team Leader promised to call me before one with a resolution, and until now I have received no call back. No one has an answer as to why the bureaus have not updated their systems and I have the paid up letter.

Companies must just simply stop selling our profiles to MBD as they are not trust worthy at all and have very bad customer experience.
