Copy of contract & statement

Hi <br> <br> I had a cell phone contract with MTN around 5 years ago which expired as the 24 months were up. I did not know that there was a clause in the contract that says you have to cancel the contract once the 24 months expires if you do not wish to continue with it. i have requested a copy of the contract from a consultant that called me from MBD, but they said i need to contact MTN for it which is a nightmare because i can never get through to them. Today a consultant from MBD contacted me and told me that i can request a copy from MDB, but it has to be in writing, but them i had to take a call as i work in a call centre and asked her to hold the line, but she i was done with my call, she had dropped the line. i have also requested a full break down for what MBD is charging me for, but that i have yet to receive that. i need to know exactly what it is im paying for because to my knowledge, my account had been paid in full when it had expired. i don't mind paying, but i need to know that what you guys are charging me for is justified because it seems like everytime you guys call me the amount seems to be increased drastically .
