Continued harassment
Despite my having a payment arrangement in place and having stayed committed to my arrangement, I am.continuously harassed by sms's demanding payment immediately, phone calls asking me to pay before my arrangement date. Something needs to be done about this nonsense. Harassment is not going to change the situation.
