Continual text messages about an accident that i know nothing about?

<p>They have my number to send me sms's constantly but they cant pick up the phone to call and inform you of the problem. When you call to actually get information, either there is no answer or you get attitude from there telephone personal. i finally get through this morning and i inform that NONTHU the person who takes calls, with children in the backkground screaming. To tell me i was in an accident on the 31st July 2016. The more i am trying to explain to her that i was not involved in any accident last year, as i have insurance on my vehicle adn i would have claimed from them. The more she told me that it is Telesure fault for having the incorrect details, all she was able to tell me was that it was a train collision and that the Reg of the car was EJ ------ which i do not own at all. I was not involved in any accident this year. I do not own a car with registration EJ. NONTHU was unable to give me any more information on the accident or any make of vehicle and i was instructed to call Telesure as they gave through the details. The service and attitude i received from her was unproffessional to say the least. I asked what i can do to stop receiving these sms messages, and was told that i must wait for the for the matter to be resolved. And i will continue to receive text messages until that has been done? I just want this matter resolved. I was not in any accident, i do not own any other car other than the one i am currently driving. </p>
