constantly being harassed.

I am receiving continued SMSes from MBD for a "bought home loan" wherein I am supposed to be indebted to. I responded to the number listed on the SMS and explained that I do not have a home loan. MBD assured me that they would look into the matter and get back to me however all I receive is continued SMSes varying in nature from threats to big discounts offered on settlement of "the alleged debt". Judging by numerous other complaints of the same nature, it is evident that they rely on harassment tactics in an effort to ****** money . I will be referring the matter to my attorney and sending MBD the bill for cost thereof.
