Its very poor and your staff members are lazy and rude and they are anything but clued up with the law! You need to have them read up on the law and specifically the PRESCRIPTION ACT 68 OF 1969. Three telephone calls minutes apart to explain the same thing over and over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My debt has been prescribed!!!!!!!!!! Stop with the harra*****t and threats you are not going to get anywhere with it!</span> </p>
