Constant Harassment from MBD Attorneys- due to their ignorance
I have an account with Standard Bank. I have since March sent Standard Bank proof of retrenchment, no income, and this continued until now. They have handed my account over to all kind of lawyers, collectors, etc. MBD has now gotten hold of my daughter's phone number and is now harassing her regarding my outstanding account. When I sent them message, these are being deleted without being read. I have an idea they work on commission and the more they are able to win money for their clients, the more they earn. This loan was renewed in 2015 when the new credit act came into action. If Standard Bank did not ensure that there was insurance on this for loss of income, surely it is their problem, not mine?
