Constant Harassment for Some Else's Debt

For the last two months I am constantly being called and harassed by MBD Debt Collections, sometimes up tp four calls per day, including weekends and public holidays, and all for someone else's debt.

On many occasions I informed the caller that I am not Mr. Magoro and that they must remove my number from their system, which they promise to do, but then I receive calls and SMS's again, sometimes on the same day.

I now have laid formal complaints at the Legal Practice Council (https://lpc.org.za/) as well as at the Council for Debt Collectors (https://www.cfdc.org.za/), who will hopefully assist in getting their harassments stopped.

I am also in correspondence with my lawyer to proceed with ******** action against Munnik Basson Dagama Incorporated Attorneys. Hopefully they will then stop harassing me for someone else's debt.
