Constant harassment even after arrangement has been made with creditors

It's been a week since I last spoke to these consultants of this firm and I have told them on countless telephonic conversations........that I have already have an agreement with my creditors, but it seems either their supervisors are *********** or they just have nothing better to do than to message a person every day the same text message or contact you everyday at the same time to Tell you that you have to contact them and sent up a debit order for easy repayments are they that desperate for money and you can tell their employees every time over and over but they are just plain thick headed.
