Constant harassment by phone to make payments of which I do honour , although sometimes a few days later

Handed over for 2 Standard Bank accounts with a standing payment arrangement of R500 ea every month , payment via electronic banking services every month , have been paying EVERY month on a monthly basis but I continue paying even if it is a few days later , currently UNEMPLOYED with NO fixed income for about 20 months , 2 summonses served on me last week by them despite the fact that I continue paying. I get a MILLION phone calls from them EVERY DAY harassing me for a debit order and to make payment which is now becoming unbearable! They don’t understand reason or circumstances especially the fact that we just about lost EVERYTHING including our jobs during COVID-19 ! I nearly lost my life with COVID last year and now have permanent heart & lung damage of which I must get medical treatment daily (paying out of my own pocket) ! The constant threats and harassment by MBD is now taking its toll and I am deteriorating severely on a daily basis with the STRESS MBD is constantly causing by threatening me on a DAILY basis , a week ago a lady at MBD questioned the fact why they issued the summonses saying and confirming that there was / is NO reason for issue of summonses as I have been sticking to my payments every month although sometimes a few days late (but I make payment) ! Is this fair that MBD has NO humanity or feelings for a person’s circumstances and does not understand / want to understand reason from the clients side ? It is becoming SO bad that I don’t sleep at night due to not knowing what MBD is up to next , we are white men NOT getting work and have to rely on a part time income to self sustain and to look after my health too ! Is MBD FAIR to me by contributing LARGELY to my deteriorating position and can one at least expect a bit of sympathy and understanding from them about your circumstances ? I am s****ing my UTMOST best every month to make the payments and I know my obligations, but THIS is being stretched to the ULTIMATE LIMIT ! I NEED SOME HELP PLEASE …. I AM CRYING FOR HELP , but MBD WILL be the cause of my death ……….
