Constant harassment and POPI Violation
Since 2023 I have been harassed by MBD Agents claiming to have been handed over a debt by Cell C. I do not use Cell C. They are unable to prove how they attained my details nor are they able to provide me with an escalation process to have their management address the issue of daily calls with no debt to collect on.
