Constant Harassment
Get up to 4 calls a day! And when I answer they either hang up when I answer or they hang up while I am still talking to them. I am tried of telling them the same story every time. I send emails and they don't even respond to them.
In July 2017 I made contact with De Wet Lyell Nel attorneys to regards with my credit card to arrange payment they then in formed me that because I had been making payments that Standard bank as recalled the account because I have been making payment , even up to date I make payment. Standard bank then also called me and I made arrangements with them. And as I stated I have been making payments ever since. So I dont know why Standardbank then after that handed me over. MBD needs to stop calling me and make contact with standard bank. As I will continue to pay as agreed with STANDARD BANK! Your Call centre needs to be trained as I was told on Friday that I must stop dropping the calls. And its not me!!! I have checked and I am not the only one with this problem. There for you can see that this is BIG Problem that need attention.

After paying this account in full as per my agreement made above. Still I am being harassed by your call center. They are rude and cant even pronounce my surname or my name correctly. Surely you should receive a list from Standard bank to sate who's accounts are still outstanding. I have have kept to my word by paying the account. And as I stated above I made an agreement with standard bank. Please forward me your email address for me to send you bank statement of Credit card as proof that account has been paid in FULL!!
