Constant emails from MBD which is not meant for me

After my previous complain, I received a mail from Zukiswa Mhlobo from MBD and asked me to confirm which email address must be removed from their system.

I confirmed, that they must remove the email address since the letter was not meant for me, my ID number doesn't open this letter.

Despite this, I received, not one, but two letters.

And not to my personal email, to my work email address?

I beg MBD to please sort this out!
