Constant emails at work !!!!

I received various letters from MBD, and when I try to open with my ID, it says wrong ID??? Clearly, this is an indication that they are sending this to the wrong person.

Many months ago I managed to get someone to answer the phone and they promised to remove my email address from their system.

What is extremely concerning is that they send it to my WORK address. I am not allowed to receive this kind of emails, but they ignore this!!!

How do I know what to act on if I can’t even open this letter? Or to defend my case. I am not allowed to receive any private mails to my work mail!!!!

I tried phoning for days and days now, and after 10 min just get cut????

Please check if you have any outstanding account for MR CK CLARK. My previous surname when I knew this person was “van der Westhuizen” .. I suspect it is for him, but you harass me!!!!!!
