Constant calls and no updates on profile of payments made

I have been receiving calls every single day saying my accounts are in default. I have been paying these accounts every month. The systems are not correctly updated, and I am now receiving multiple calls daily. I have sent forms for debit orders and get feedback on an account that was fully paid and closed years ago. You really need to get more competent people working there and stop harassing people who actually pay accounts.
