Confirm account settled

Arrangement was made to settle my truworths account with MBDinc with an amount of R3175. I have paid R3180 at the store on the 24th of February 2019. I called MBNinc on monday 25th to inform that the account has been paid up and am requesting a confirmation letter. I was told to go to the store and ask for the letter. later i got a call informing me that I owe R411 the amount i paid R2600 at the store. My receipt has written paid R3180 current balance R-347.33
