Complete Rudeness and no Customer Relation Skills

I just had a lady phoning me with regards to an outstanding account I have. Unfortunately I didnt get her name as she was just rambling on that I HAVE to pay the said account by tomorrow. Without even giving me a chance to get a word in, and as I was still trying to get her attention she abruptly ended the call. This is total and utter rudeness and then they expect that you honour your promise to attend to outstanding accounts. Im sorry but if this is the level of service they have I refuse to pay the account using their reference and will go directly to the place owing the money to and make arrangements for payment of the account.
