Complaint: Unprofessional Conduct by Jeannette Matebetsi (MBD Agent)
I'm writing to report unprofessional conduct by agent Jeannette Matebetsi. On 17/02/2026, at approx. 13:00, she called my workplace and spoke to the receptionist. When told I was unavailable (in class), she threatened to send sheriffs to my workplace to embarrass me if I didn't answer.
This behaviour likely breaches POPIA regulations. I'd like to request: 1. An investigation into this incident 2. Confirmation of the company she represents 3. Assurance this won't happen again
