Complaint: Harassment Through Repeated Calls Regarding a Third Party

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding repeated and unwarranted calls I continue to receive from MBD concerning an individual who is owing them.

I have no outstanding debts with MBD. Despite this, I receive multiple calls daily regarding a person I do not live with, do not support, and have no legal or personal responsibility for. I have clearly communicated this on several occasions to your agents.
