Complaint

I received a call on Monday the 8th of July 2024 and I was told to make a payment which was R1170 and i was told i would receive an email confirming that my debt is cleared so I made payment of R1200 the same day which was on the 8th July but I haven't received the email and when I check on the MBD website it shows that I still owe but I already paid, I requested to be called I received a call and the agent confirmed that my payment was received but when I told her I didn't receive an email she hang up the call
