complaint

I have settled my woolworths account with Daly collections got a paid up letter not MBD calls me saying i have a balance i showed them the paid up letter they said they will close the account that was 4 months ago my ITC profile was never updated and they still sending me sms about a balance and this is never good when i tried to sort out my life now they doing collections on a paid up account i do know they did not close account on there side after i gave them proof that it is paid up please help me they are messing up my credit profile i am trying to sort my life out. this is a matter was done 4 months ago come on guys
