Complaint

If I could give a zero star rating I would. MBD keeps on phoning me since 2019 (harassing me with phone calls at odd times). When asking for them to call me back at a certain time, they never do. They will also phone and when answering, they will hang up the call immediately. Asking them for a simple task of sending me an invoice - they are not able to do so. You get to explain yourself numerous times, as each time a different person talks to you, not knowing a previous person has already given you a call. Utterly pathetic service!
