Complaint about incompetency of this company

I am disgusted with this company. I was unable to make a payment at the end of August due to financial restrictions and informed them of such. The person I spoke to said she would make a note on the computer. Roday I get a message to say that they are taking things further and handing me over.

Also I have faithfully been paying this account for over 5 years and have asked on numerous occasions for a full statement to be e nailed to ne as it seems the account never gets less, to no avail.

This company is just out to harass people and are not interested in helping you at all.
