Complaint about harassment

Over an extended period we have been harassed with telephone calls purportedly from this company about an account which the alleged complainant MTN denies any knowledge. After several calls to them and e-mails we approached to you and eventually had a reply from MBD in which they apologised and promised to investigate. The phone calls still continue from early morning several times a day and most of the time no talking at all when we respond. If this company is sincere about resolving the matter they should at least call off their hounddogs and stop the harassment.
