Complaint about Dumisa Madikane trying to to my creditor

I received a call from a consultant by the name of Dumisa Madikane and listened to him for more than five minutes taking me through all legal steps that will be taken against me and my debt. When I responded that they can proceed since I'm not employed he became so personal and arrogant to a point where he was telling me about how I'm running away from my financial responsibilities. MBD please provide training to your consultant they are there to pass a message to clients not take over from contracts signed with creditors.
