I would assistance regarding my account ref ***. In November 2019 I received my first statement indicating capital amount R5116.05. Fees 1699.73. Payments 4800. I have been paying this account since Feb 2018. To date I have paid 5800. Yet Mbd still says I owe 1200. According to Victor they only have payments of R5500. Which is still more than the initial amount. I have complained about the telephone calls as I have been paying. Now they cant find 2 payments made. And apparently I made a payment arrangement in october. Now if your calls are recorded you can tell me who makes a payment an then an arrangement for the same month. I think mbd is ******** people into paying more for old debt. Reconcile your accounts an I want a detailed breakdown of everything that was added. I will be taking this up with Ombudsman if I am not satisfied with the out come. You guys are ridiculous people will never get done paying. An train your staff they dont even know how to speak on a telephone.
