Complaint

Hi, I would like to complain about two places. Munnik Basson Dagaman Inc. and RCS Card.

I phoned MBD for a settlement amount on my RCS Card. There response was that RCS to the account away from them. I phoned RCS Card and I was told that my account was paid up in May 2018. So my problem is as follows. I was paying this account until January 2020. I was not informed that my account was paid up. So from June 2018 I was paying this account and no one from both companies cannot tell me what happened to the money that I paid until Jan 2020.
