<p>MBDCS is the company im complaining about.</p> <p>the never ever answer their telephones. a system generated voice says that their mailboxes is full and you have to leave a message and someone will phone back, but they never ever do.</p> <p>their contact numbers is ********** /***, their email adress is ********** <p>they also do not answer to the emails or the faxes i send them.</p> <p> </p> <p>im getting frustrated. </p> <p>and worried that ive been paying a loan off for so long and i owe more than i borrowed.</p> <p>something should be done or someone should contact me urgently.</p> <p> </p> <p>THIS IS WHAT I SEND MBDCS</p> <p>I’m getting frustrated.</p> <p> </p> <p>I’ve been having a Woolworths loan accounts since I 2009 and I have an arrangement with MBDCS that I should pay R225 every month which I do via debit order.</p> <p> </p> <p>I borrowed R20 000 and been paying off for a life time now and this morning I phone Woolworth and they tell me that I still owe R22733.67</p> <p>HOW THE HELL IS THAT POSSIBLE?</p> <p> </p> <p>I need a statement on my account from inception up to date.</p> <p>I need somebody to contact me because I have changed my banking details and if nobody contact me then the debit order will not go off and I will not be paying the loan account off.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need an explanation WHY I owe more than I borrowed after paying for more than 6 years??????????????????</p> <p>UN thinkable</p> <p> </p> <p>Is there a settlement amount?</p> <p>HELP IS NEEDED URGENTLY.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
