Complaining not happy

Am very much disappointed with MBD since I've been waiting for payed up letter since January it's almost end of the year still i haven't received,when i call they will send me to from Department to Department no one knows anything,now I've been send to different attorney regarding the same account that was payed up,i send emails no response wow MDB is how you do to all your clients or it's just that am not the lucky one here
