Hi my name is Sindi C Mchunu I am very disappointed with the service I received from your consultant by name of Portia the way she was talking to me, so maybe it way they trained to talk to customers like that, she ruined the whole of my festive holiday and I like to take this further if I can get the records of this call I'll appreciate it a lot.
