Complain

Hello my name is Maria Macheke i have been harassed by MBD agents with requesting of payment to an account I don't know anything about.as I have explained to them I was ****** years ago in 2013, with my ID book in the perse the ********* took and maybe those people used my ID book to open an account at Edgars....of which I explained to several rude agents who were calling me everyday and finally I spoke to one guy who now advised me to send some documents(I'd copy,affidavit,a form from the Edgar's shops) so they can cancel that debt in my name,which I sent to their fax and then sent an email to confirm if they received them on the 28th August 2019 already with my other contacts where they can reach me...but no one responded to say if they received the documents requested and I called a few times of which the phone its ringing none stop consuming airtime but no response.....I'm really hurt with the way MBD agents are doing things....and this has been really disturbing for me, because I still receive smses from them saying the account in my name its in critical arrears....and to think I even hate clothing accounts since I'm not working but a student....i feel this its also negatively affecting my future in many ways...please help! I can't even get a loan to study further or a job because of the debts in my name I haven't committed.please help!
