COMPLAIN

Good Day

I am a former employee at MBD now known as "Transactional Capital Recoveries" I resigned on the 3rd March 2017. Since I've been waiting for my provident fund monies and i went to Alexanda Forbes offices they stated that MBD has submitted Wrong exit date and its not aligned with the last company's contribution date that is why they can not pay my PROVIDENT FUND until MBD fix it. Mrs Juanita from Hyde Park "MBD Head Offices" is the one handling the process, however i went to the head office and she always gives stories and ignores my calls and emails. I have been waiting for too long now. I know the money might be less but afterall its mine and deserve to get it
