Complain

<p>I had an account with foschini which was later handed over to mbd credit solutions after I lost my job. They used to call me everyday demanding payment . On the 22nd of February I had enough cash to pay them off. I called them and made arrangements to pay. They said I had 7days to pay R5219.79. I payed it immediately after the call. Two days later I received an email saying thanks for the payment but I still have R557.57 in arrears. I called them to find out what was happening they don't know, they just keep saying they will make a note on it. For two weeks I've been calling them no solution.</p> <p>Please help.</p>
