COLLECTIONS COST

MBD is ripping me off with their collection charges. I have an arrangement in place with a debit order running but I receive the same sms on a daily basis with the exact same wording. I received a sms today providing a link to my statement. When checking the statement I saw that I was billed R2.51 per sms for 7 sms's with the same wording sent during the month of December. There was also a collection fee of R11.40 added. I want all sms and collections charges reversed onto my account as from the time I made an arrangement. I have never defaulted on the arrangement made. I understand your industry but is it your company's \get rich quick"policy to charge customers after arrangements were made with your collectors for every sms you send them?
