Collection of Prescribed Debt

I have received emails on a regular basis (since May 2015) relating to a debt that is clearly prescribed. I have rep**** to every email with: The alleged debt has prescribed. Unless you can prove otherwise, close my file and don't harass me again.<br> <br> Today I got a new tactic, thanking me for payment on 26 October, which I did not make. I rep**** to that email: I think you have the incorrect person. I have not made any payment, and I have no knowledge of any payment made on any account though you. Please look at your records again.<br> <br> I know for a fact that I have paid nothing to MDB and have it on record and can prove through my bank account that I have made no such payment. This seems to be a tactic in order the cancel the prescribed debt ruling.<br> <br> I would appreciate it if you could investigate and desist with sending me these letters and making false claims.
