collecting prescribed debt.
why is MBD collecting prescribed debt, when i call im told i agreed to pay, i asked for the records of acknowledgement from me to them, they cannot provide. i have a prescription report from credit bereau about this account, why are u wanting to collect on it? and why cant you provide records of consumer if consumer acknoledged.
and you keep sending me messages demanding to debit my bank.
