Collecting on Prescribed accounts

I am being called regarding all my prescribed accounts, where the bureau has found the accounts to be prescribed, I have been informed the agents on numerous occasion that these accounts are prescribed. But the agents keep saying "but did you pay theses accounts.

I think its time I take them to the Ombudsman.... it is really nagging and nagging.... HOW CAN YOU COLLECT ON AN ACCOUNT THAT IS PRESCRIBED, CLEARLY YOU AS MBD ARE NOT FOLLOWING THE NCR REGULATIONS
