Collecting debt which was settled 6 months ago😠😠

Beginning of July 2021 I was offered 30% discount settlement on debt with RCS, and they sent me a message with banking details and the amount, I made the payment. December 2021 they phoned me demanding a payment and I forwarded them my proof of payment. Yesterday 5 January 2022 they phoned me again. I decided to check my credit report, they listed me and the amount of R2586. 00 is nowhere to be found. I am sure someone has got an good explanation as to say what happened to the money that I was told to pay.
