Closure Letter Request

I was hoping that I wouldn't have to go this route, however I am currently here, hoping that this could help also as I am currently out of options.

I had a Fin choice account, which was handed over fro collection with MBD, well long story cut short the account has been closed. I have pulled several credit reports, which also confirm that the account has been closed.

However I am in need of a letter that states that the account has been closed, I was given 3 mails to use and send my request to, (***, *** & lastly ***). I have also called in, the few ladies I have spoken to this week have stated that they will get me call backs, which I have received none. Your other number just rings until it hangs up.

I think what is really frsutrating is that I have been following up since Mid Sept and I haven't been wining.

All I'm asking for is some assistance with the letter.
